Absolutely! I provide a digital mockup of every design before production, whether you’re choosing one of my existing designs or requesting something completely customized. Nothing gets made until you’re happy with the design.
Typical turnaround is 7–14 days. Because every item is made to order, turnaround can vary depending on the size and details of your order.
Yes! Most of my designs can be customized with names, colours, wording, dates, or other personal touches. Just let me know what you have in mind.
I accept e-transfer, cash, credit, and debit. A 50% deposit is required for custom orders, with the remaining balance due when your order is complete and ready for pickup or shipping. E-transfer payment instructions will be provided when your deposit is due.
Local pickup is available. Canada-wide shipping is also available for an additional charge.
